At the age of 14 Inter School Giles Shield reached final with Don Bosco School and lost to St.Mary’s School in 1974 and next year with His Captain ship Don Bosco won Giles Shield.He set a very good record for the Highest score in the final stood for 27 years to break. He was one of Indian Captains for only one match and won the match against West Indies in 1988.
He made record in Ranji match that in 100 runs come with 80 balls in 72 minutes and second Hundred was finish with 43 balls and 41 minutes,the total of 123 balls to get double century in 113 minutes.This is fastest double century in First class cricket history.The total 13 Sixes and 13 Fours.6 Sixes come in a single over and made history of six sixes in a over
He was right hand batsman and left arm spinner. He was in the cricket for 12 years and started his carrier early at age of 18.He was opening batsman for sometime and middle order in sometime and not fixed his line of batsman. He was good bowler. He took 509 wickets in his carrier.
 

Mr.Ravi Shastri was born on 27.05.1962 in Mumbai Maharastra India.His full name is Ravishankar Jayadritha Shastri.He is basically from Mangalore Karnataka and settled in Mumbai.He was TV commentator for world Masters Tournament in Bombay in 1995.After that he becomes one of main commentator for ESPN Star sport TV. He was UNICEF Ambassador. He was temporarily worked as coach for Indian team in 2007.
